Level Editor Enhancements:

  • Bumpers Added to Spawnable Objects: You can now place bumpers in your levels, adding more dynamic gameplay elements.
  • Pointer Tool Revamp: The Pointer tool now functions the way the level editor previously did, with new features like snap position & rotation.
  • Snap Position & Rotation: While using the Pointer tool, you can now snap objects into position or rotation, making precise editing easier.
  • X/Y Input Fields: Enter exact coordinates while using the Pointer tool for precise placement.
  • Brush Tool: Paint continuous lines with the new Brush tool, and hold shift to restrict drawing to one axis.
  • Conveyor Tool: Create moving elements by painting continuous lines with the Conveyor tool, which animates when not in edit mode.
  • Eraser Tool: Quickly delete objects with the Eraser tool.
  • Multi-Edit Tool: Move and rotate multiple pegs at once with the new Multi-Edit tool, speeding up your level creation process.

Fixes:

  • Limited Horizontal Velocity: I’ve limited the horizontal velocity of the ball to prevent it from becoming uncontrollable.
  • Level Editor Orientation Memory: The level editor now remembers the last orientation used, improving your workflow.
  • Ball Passing Behind Inactive Pegs: Fixed an issue where the ball could pass behind pegs that were not active.
  • Level Names in Level Select: Level names now correctly show up in the level select screen, making it easier to find and replay your favorites.

This update is packed with new tools and features that I’m sure you’ll love. The improvements in the level editor are designed to make creating and customizing levels easier and more fun than ever. I’m really excited for you to experience everything I’ve added in Ejectah B 4.0!
